Ireland's duck specialist Silver Hill Foods is celebrating confirmation of its product quality in the form of an award from the Irish Food Writers Guild.

At the end of February the Guild cited Silver Hill in its 2005 awards for "the consistent quality of its duck products and its imaginative approach to the development of the whole enterprise."
