Far Eastern Duck Class at Authentic Food Market Show
Congratulations to Leslie Evans ( centre) who cooked his way to victory in the Silver Hill Foods sponsored Far Eastern Duck Class at the recent Authentic Food Market Show in Birmingham’s NEC. Leslie pipped Manbub Uddin ( left) and Sitab Khan in a closely and skilfully contested final.
The three finalists were each presented with a specially commissioned Tyrone Crystal Duck Egg as a momento of the occasion.
