Leslie Evans from the Robinson College Executive Centre prepared this delicious dish to win the Far Eastern Duck competition at the Authentic Food Market Show.
Silver Hill Foods were delighted to sponsor the event, and to provide the vital ingredient - Silver Hill Oven Ready Duckling.
