In March we were proud to showcase our new innovative range of Retail and Foodservice products at the International Food Exhibition at ExCel in London. Visitors were able to taste the quality of our duck as our team demonstrated its versatility and exceptional flavour. Our Crispy Bonless Roast Duck, Honey Roast Duck and tasty Duck Wings proved very popular with the many visitors to our stand.
Our Development Chef, Lee Buckingham gave a Master Class in the art of cooking duck. Among the recipes he demonstrated were: Boneless Chinese Duck with Chinese pancakes and Hoi Sin Sauce
