Silver Hill Frozen Oven Ready Duckling
The mainstay of our business at Silver Hill Foods is the production of fresh and frozen oven ready duckling. More than thirty years of research and husbandry has yielded, we believe, the optimum bird for flavour, texture and consistency.
Our processing facilities have always been maintained at the forefront of current technology to ensure that our product gets the best possible start on its way to you, the customer.
Each bird is air chilled reducing water loss on thawing. Duckling are packed 6 birds per case/70 cases per pallet.
