Silver Hill Honey Roast Half Duckling
Silver Hill has produced a superior honey roasted half-duckling requiring very little preparation to achieve an exciting meal. Easy to prepare using conventional oven, microwave or boil in the bag and finished off under the grill to give a delicious crispy golden brown skin.
To compliment the meal, a range of sauces is available, Orange Sauce, Rosemary & Garlic Sauce, Apple & Mint Sauce, Pepper Sauce.
