We cook Silver Hill Duckling with authentic Chinese Spices and to a traditional recipe. For the ultimate convenience we present the finished product completely deboned in portion controlled 600g packs. Each pack contains 2 half duckling.We have recently improved our processing method to make our crispy roast duck even more succulent, easier to reheat , and to slice.
