Crispy Roast Half Duckling with Chinese Pancakes & Hoisin sauce




We have put together the main ingredients for one of the most popular ways of serving duckling in a convenient foil tray. Simply reheat the cooked boneless half duckling portion in the foil tray for 20 minutes in a hot oven at 200ºC. Meanwhile on each pancake spread a thin layer of hoisin sauce, shredded spring onion or leek & cucumber (not supplied). When the duckling portion has been fully heated thinly slice or shred and divide evenly on the pancakes. Roll or fold each pancake around its filling, and serve as a delicious starter for 4 or main course for 2.
