Barbequed Duck Wings
Ingredients
Wings from 2 Ducks divided at joints into 3 pieces per wing. 2.5 fl. ozs Tomato Ketchup, 2.5 fl. ozs Water, 2 Tablespoons Vinegar, 2 Tablespoons Sugar, 2 Cloves of Crushed garlic. Method
Heat oven to 200ºC, 400ºF or Gas Mark 6. Combine all ingredients except wings in a saucepan over low heat until sugar is dissolved. Place Duck wings in roasting tin and pour sauce over them. Cook for approximately 1 hour turning and basting frequently. Serve with salad and boiled potatoes.
