Boneless Chinese Roast with Stir-fry Noodless

2 Portions

Preparation Time: 30 minutes

Ingredients
350g Silver Hill Pre-Cooked Boneless Chinese Roast Duck
250g Precooked Chinese Noodles
2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
Half Green Pepper
Half Red Pepper
1 Red Onion
1 Chopped Clove of Fresh Garlic
4 Tablespoons Light Soy Sauce
Red Chilli Oil or Fresh Chilli
(add according to the heat you require)

Method

  1. On a clean chopping board cut the boneless Chinese roast into thick slices.
  2. Cut the peppers and the onions and the chilli.
  3. In a wok or a deep frying pan heat the olive oil.
  4. When the oil is hot enough add the onions, peppers, chilli and garlic.
  5. Fry for about 30 seconds then add the noodles, stir or toss until the noodles are hot.
  6. Now add the duck and the soy sauce and toss in the pan.
  7. When the stir-fry is hot divide into two portions and serve immediately.

To impress family and friends, why not deep fry some glass noodles and garnish your dish.

Chef's Tips
To add some body to the noodles why not add some sweet chilli sauce and/or oyster sauce.

Instead of cutting the duck up and putting it through the noodles why not heat it up as a whole unit for 20-25 mins in the oven at 200ºC/400ºF/Gas 6 and place it on top of your noodles.
