March 2005 Silver Hill Foods were proud to showcase our new innovative
range of Retail and Foodservice products at the International Food Exhibition
at ExCel in London. Visitors were able to taste the quality of our duck
as our team demonstrated its versatility and exceptional flavour. Our
Crispy Roast Duck, Honey Roast Duck and Boneless Chinese Roast Duck
proved very popular with the many visitors to our stand.
Our
development chef gave a Master Class in the art of cooking duck. Among
the recipes he demonstrated were:
