In September ‘05, Silver Hill was honoured by the visit of His Excellency Mr. Sha Hailin, Ambassador of the Peoples Republic of China, to our Company.

A most interesting and informative day was enjoyed by all concerned.

Silver Hill Foods Launch New Retail Packaging

In May 2005 we launched our new retail packaging for:

- Honey Roast Half Duck

- Crispy Aromatic Half Duck

- Crispy Roast Half Duck with Chinese Pancakes and Hoi Sin Sauce

In March 2005 Silver Hill Foods were proud to showcase our new innovative range of Retail and Foodservice products at the International Food Exhibition at ExCel in London. Visitors were able to taste the quality of our duck as our team demonstrated its versatility and exceptional flavour. Our Crispy Roast Duck, Honey Roast Duck and Boneless Chinese Roast Duck proved very popular with the many visitors to our stand.

Our development chef gave a Master Class in the art of cooking duck. Among the recipes he demonstrated were:

- Boneless Chinese Half Duck with Chinese Pancakes and Hoi Sin Sauce

- Confit Duck Legs with sauté potatoes

- Honey Roast Duck with fresh plums and plum sauce
