The mainstay of our business at Silver Hill Foods is the production of fresh and frozen oven ready duckling. More than thirty years of research and husbandry has yielded, we believe, the optimum bird for flavour, texture and consistency. Our processing facilities have always been maintained at the forefront of current technology to ensure that our duck gets the best possible start on its way to you, the customer.

Each duck is air chilled to ensure that no added water is included in the finished bird and to ensure a longer shelf life.
