Silver Hill has produced a superior honey roasted half-duck requiring very little preparation to achieve an exciting meal. Fully cooked and partially deboned with a traditional honey glaze. Can be heated for a couple of minutes in a microwave, and finished under a hot grill or oven bake to crisp the golden skin and reveal the tender meat below.
