For the convenience of our Customers we have devised various packs of cut-up portions of Silver Hill ducks.

Silver Hill Premium Duck breasts are succulent and tender, and can be used for a variety of different recipes and menu ideas. 

Duck Breasts
Breasts packed 2 per tray are very convenient for cooking whole or for adding to a stir-fry.  Most Silver Hill duck breasts are sold fresh in all major stores.  Frozen breasts are also available on request.

Duck Portions
Crispy skin and meat so tender that it melts in the mouth are characteristics of Silver Hill duck legs. Available both raw and pre-cooked they are perfect as a starter or main course.

We produce our pre-cooked duck legs in a variety of different flavour profiles including:

Confit Duck Legs
Cooked in the traditional French method Silver Hill Confit duck legs are slow roasted in their own juices with a complementary blend of spices.

Garlic & Black Pepper – The delicate blend of Garlic and Black Pepper make the perfect dish served with colcannon and seasonal vegetables/salad.

Ginger & Lemongrass – The subtle flavour of Ginger and Lemongrass carefully marinated into the duck leg and roasted slowly. The duck leg can be served on a bed of rice.


Cajun
– The Cajun spice compliments the duck to produce a dish with a spicy twist. Ideal product to serve with seasonal salad and mint yoghurt.

Aromatic Duck Legs – For an ideal starter for one person, simply heat the Silver Hill Aromatic duck legs and serve with Chinese pancakes and Hoi sin sauce, or with Sweet Chilli sauce.

Duck Legs Raw
Silver Hill duck legs are very meaty and succulent.  They can be roasted in the oven or pan fried and served with any of the sauces on our Recipe page.
