Silver Hill has produced a superior honey roasted half-duck requiring very little preparation to achieve an exciting meal.

Silver Hill Honey Roast Half duck was the first product to be produced in our new cooking plant. It is still as popular today as it was then. The half duck can be re-heated from fresh or when fully thawed – in 20 minutes.  It is ideal for serving as a quick meal with salads or cooked vegetables.
