Our premium Duck breasts are succulent and tender, which can be used for a variety of different recipes and menu ideas.
Our duck breasts are packed in retail packs with 2 fillets per tray, and for foodservice, 2 vacuum packed fillets per pack, 40 packs per case.
Crispy skin and meat so tender that it melts in the mouth are characteristics of our duck legs. Available both raw and pre-cooked the legs are perfect as a starter or main course.

Confit Cooked the traditional French method our duck legs are simmered in their own juices with a complimentary blend of herbs and spices.
Garlic & Black Pepper The delicate blend of garlic and black pepper make the perfect dish served with colcannon and seasonal vegetables/salad.
Ginger & Lemongrass The subtle flavour of lemongrass and ginger carefully marinated into the duck leg and roasted slowly. The duck leg can be served on a bed of rice.
