Whole Ducks
Silver Hill Whole Duck is available fresh or frozen for further cooking by other Food Companies. Ducks can be packed to the Customers specification and shipped overnight direct to their premises.

Half Ducks
Half ducks are specially prepared to be included in discerning food manufacturers Haute-Cuisine recipes. Silver Hill half ducks are used by food manufacturers throughout Europe for inclusion in ethnic dishes.

Duck Portions
Silver Hill ducks can be cut into portions with bone-in and also can be fully deboned as required for further processing.

Portions of cooked duck are available for addition to food manufacturers dishes.

Only the very finest whole Silver Hill duck liver is packed in bulk for food manufacturers to make into duck liver pate and duck liver parfait.
